Schedule & Cancellation Policy

Regulated Intelligence sessions are structured to support consistency, continuity, and effectiveness. Clear scheduling boundaries help protect both practitioner availability and the integrity of the work.



Program-Based Sessions

(4-, 8-, and 12-week programs)


  • Programs are designed to be used sequentially within a defined time window.
  • Programs require a commitment to begin at the scheduled start date.
  • If a program is canceled within 24 hours of the first scheduled session, a $500 program start cancellation fee applies.
  • Programs canceled with 24 or more hours’ notice prior to the first session are not charged.
  • Once a program has begun, missed sessions without sufficient notice may be forfeited.
  • Programs must be completed within their stated usage window:
  • 4-Week Integration Program: to be completed within 8 weeks
  • 8-Week Expansion Program: to be completed within 16 weeks
  • 12-Week Foundational Program: to be completed within 24 weeks




Individual & Professional Sessions


  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
  • Individual sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed entirely, are charged at the session rate.
  • Professional sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a partial cancellation fee.
  • This applies to professional sessions and follow-up appointments.




No-Shows


  • No-shows are considered a missed session.
  • No-shows are not refunded.
