Physicians
I support your patients by reducing autonomic interference so they can access the care you’re already providing.
Why Physicians Refer Here
Many patients have clear medical treatment plans but limited physiological capacity to implement them.
Common presentation:
• Chronic tension patterns
• Breath restriction
• Heightened reactivity
• Difficulty downshifting
• Inconsistent follow-through
• Persistent overwhelm despite treatment
These are not character issues — they are autonomic patterns.
When interference reduces, patients often:
• Respond more consistently to care
• Stabilize faster under stress
• Integrate your guidance more effectively
• Regulate between appointments
My work improves physiological availability, which strengthens the therapeutic impact of your treatment plan — without crossing into clinical practice.
What I Do
I provide hands-on autonomic pattern work that reduces physiological disruption and increases the patient’s capacity to engage with their existing medical, psychological, or rehabilitative care.
This includes:
• reducing micro-bracing
• improving breath organization
• increasing autonomic flexibility
• supporting downshift from stress states
• enhancing interoceptive awareness
This work is non-diagnostic, non-therapeutic, and non-medical.
It is strictly physiological and pattern-based.
What I Do Not Do
I do NOT:
• diagnose or treat medical conditions
• provide psychotherapy or trauma treatment
• adjust medications
• perform physical therapy
• replace clinical interventions
Your role remains primary.
My work supports — but does not modify — your clinical plan.
Which Patients Benefit Most
Patients often benefit when they show patterns such as:
Chronic Stress Load
• Persistent muscle tension
• Non-specific pain patterns influenced by stress
• "Wired but tired" physiology
Autonomic Rigidity
• Difficulty shifting between activation and rest
• Shallow or restricted breath patterns
Somatic Disconnection
• Trouble sensing internal cues
• Overwhelmed by emotional or physiological signals
Therapeutic Plateau
• Insight without behavioral follow-through
• Difficulty integrating clinical recommendations
These markers indicate autonomic interference, not lack of motivation or compliance.
How The Referral Process Works
Step 1 — Patient Contacts Me Directly
You may provide them my website or consultation link.
Step 2 — 15-Minute Readiness Consultation
I confirm physiological suitability and determine their initial phase.
Step 3 — Program Participation
Patients engage in a structured phase appropriate for their capacity.
Step 4 — Optional High-Level Communication (With Consent)
I can confirm attendance or share general regulation themes.
No clinical details, no session summaries, no shared treatment planning.
Clean Interdisciplinary Boundaries
To maintain clarity and professionalism:
• You remain responsible for diagnosis, treatment, and clinical decisions.
• I work exclusively in non-medical autonomic regulation.
• No co-treatment, no triads, and no overlapping scopes.
This preserves the integrity of your care and the clarity of mine.
Why This Work Matters in a Clinical Context
Many patients have clear medical treatment plans but limited physiological capacity to implement them.
Autonomic interference affects:
• Adherence
• Communication
• Decision-making
• Capacity to change behaviors
• Tolerance for therapeutic input
When interference reduces, patients often experience:
• Increased follow-through
• Steadier emotional baseline
• More accurate reporting
• Greater resilience under stress
Your work lands more predictably because their physiology can support it.
Invitation to Experience The Work
Physicians who want a clear, first-hand understanding of how autonomic regulation presents in the body may schedule a professional session.
This session is designed to allow you to:
● Experience the work directly in your own system
● Understand how autonomic patterns show up under contact and attention
● Clarify which patients are appropriate for referral
● Ask clinical questions within a clearly defined scope
Session details:
● 90-minute professional session
● Hands-on autonomic regulation work
● Post-session clinical debrief and Q&A
Professional session rate: $650
This session is experiential and educational.
It is not medical treatment and does not establish a provider-patient relationship.
